Willow Wood Villas is a well-maintained, family-friendly community located in Palos Heights, Illinois that values each of its residents. Our community consists of 76 single family townhomes, with four to six units per building. We are conveniently located on Ridgeland Avenue just south of Route 83. We are near I-294 and many local attractions including the Lake Katherine Nature Center, Palos Racquet Courts, easy access to the Cal-Sag Trail, and the Palos Heights Shopping and Restaurant District.

We maintain this website for the purpose of providing easy access to information, our Rules and Regulations, and downloadable documents. Please check back occasionally for updated information.
